
My classmates and I decided to do volunteer during the May holiday. Frank Huang contact a job for us to do volunteer at a Swatch store.
In the morning of April 29 about 9:30 A.M. We arrived at the personnel of Nanjing Ai Wa Nuo Company first. The manager give us tasks and clothes of Swatch, working clothes. She also told us the address where we would go to work to.
Then Bill, Frank and I arrived at the Swatch Store on Hong Wu Road quickly. Two big sisters told us what we can do. She told us the history of Swatch that Swatch is a brand name for a line of wrist watches from the Swatch Group, a Swiss conglomerate with vertical control of the production of Swiss watches and related products. We laso learned hoe to repair watches such as replacing the straps of the watches, packaging the straps of the watches. Don’t consider they are easy things. However, if you want to do it well, you need to spend a little time to pay attention. The hard thing for me is to sell watches because I am too shy to express me meaning to customers. However, Frank Huang did it very well. He is so outing that he can introduce watches to customers actively. So when he talk to customers, I stood near him and try my best to say something to customers. Gradually, I can do it better than the beginning.
Through this event, I find I can do something I am not good at well if I try my best. When we sell goods to customers, we need to look customers as God. This is my greatest achievement.
